Openly Gray (“Openly Gray,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through openlygray.com and our assessment tools, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Information you give us.When you use our Let’s Talk form, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and your message. When you complete a Gray Assessment, we collect the answers you submit and any contact details you choose to share. You can receive an assessment result without providing an email address.

Information collected automatically. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The site uses only the essential cookies needed to operate it, such as the one that remembers access during our pre-launch review period. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (for example, IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

Business contact information. In the course of our marketing, we may process publicly available professional contact information, such as a work email or LinkedIn profile, to reach relevant business contacts.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, deliver and improve the assessment and its results, communicate about our services, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality terms. These include our hosting provider, our assessment platform, and our email provider. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing, for example under the CCPA in California or the GDPR in the EU and UK. To exercise any right, email us at hello@openlygray.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
